Tuition Fee Policy

1. Tuition fees must be paid in advance.
2. No refunds will be provided for the tuition fee once paid.

Time Zone and Scheduling

1. All students will be enrolled based on Pacific Standard Time (PST).
2. Changes to other time zones will not affect the student’s scheduled class timings.

Make-Up Classes Policy

1. Eligibility for Make-Up Classes:
   • Make-up classes will only be offered for Quran lessons missed due to the tutor’s absence.
   • Classes missed by students will not be eligible for replacement.
2. Holidays and Scheduled Breaks:
   • Classes will not be held on designated holidays, including but not limited to:
     • Eid-ul-Fitr
     • Eid-ul-Adha
     • 9-10 Muharram Haram
     • 27th Ramadan
   • Any classes scheduled on these holidays will be eligible for replacement classes.
3. Options for Make-Up Lessons:
   • Option A: Conducted by a substitute tutor.
   • Option B: Additional free classes included within the same billing cycle.
   • Option C: Extension of the due date to accommodate free make-up classes.

Late Payment and Termination Policy

1. If the tuition fee is not paid by the due date, the Quran  institute reserves the right to:
   • Terminate the student’s enrollment.
   • Stop classes without further notice.

Student Attendance Responsibility

1. It is the student’s responsibility to attend classes at the scheduled time.
2. As a goodwill gesture, the  Noore Quran  institute may provide reminder calls or SMS notifications.
